What is Roleplaying?
1. Role-playing is playing the role of a character.
2. The character is usually your own creation. Usually we like original characters unless you're in a themed role-play that is based off of a TV show, book, or so on.
3. Definition of "role": A character or part played by a performer.
4. Character: That would be the character you have created and will be playing during the Plot. It may evolve and change, but you must always remember to play along the lines of what you have written.
5. It is up to you to make it unique, but be careful not to try and be the center of attention. As a general rule, characters will evolve around the story line more than the story line around the characters.
6. Characters tend to have likes, dislikes, hobbies, what they enjoy doing, what they don't enjoy. Basically, the character should have their own unique personality that you, as the creator, is creating and must fulfill.
